I am able to bill for the entire week in a few clicks. I am also able to edit this after it has been run. I can see what visits have been billed under the patient screen as well as in reports. If you call customer service they will walk you through your issue. They are very patient and willing to help until the issue is resolved. > > **Desvantagens**: Under the patients insurance I wish you were able to keep track of how much they have paid towards their deductible. It is great to see how much their co-pay is for each visit but I wish we could also see the deductible like that. Or at least be able to run a report like the Medicare cap report so we know close we are to the cap. I am very happy with the customer service EXCEPT if you leave a message. I can honestly say Practice Pro is a top of the line product. The customers suggestions for changes actually become system updates. The scheduling feature offers access at your finger tips via right click or left click\!
