It has many, many great features and allows us to really tailor build courses and private lessons that we need. The newer online customer interface allowing registrations online, the online calendar, and online donations are all very user friendly and attractive. We have pivoted toward directing people straight to ActiveNet online rather than maintaining too much of this information on our own website. We also rely on ActiveNet to process our teacher payroll and this integration is critical to us. > > **Desvantagens**: We love that ActiveNet is aggressively trying to improve, and we understand that they have to prioritize improving features that benefit the most users. However, there are some critical flaws in some of the software programming that really need addressing, particularly around Payroll and payment acceptance.
