Comentários: O Bamboo permite uma melhor interação com os colaboradores a nível mais administrativo, permitindo também a análise de dados agregada quando necessário.

Vantagens:

Facilidade de usar e extrair dados de forma agregada

Desvantagens:

Cada funcionalidade ser um módulo adicional. Alguns fazem sentido ser cobrados à parte, mas creio que o pacote base podia ser mais abrangente.

BambooHR Turns a Small Business into a Big Business

Comentários: I enjoyed it more than other recruiting software I've used. It makes work easier and helps me be a manager instead of a paper pusher.

Vantagens:

I personally like that BambooHR has different portals for its users. They've built a database that allows employees to: 1. Maintain their own records (whether the company sends or user uploaded); track time off earned, sick days used, and hours worked; while allowing the user to sign documents easily electronically; and 2. Makes being an HR manager, easy. What I mean is, creating records (employees or temps) and ensuring they have all the blocks checked (background ran, drug test paperwork properly filled out, and any other documentation needing signed) within the timeframe needed to start working - is tracked, maintained, and recorded for you... so all in all, eliminates the monotony of HR and time wasted on paperwork while assisting managers/employees in ensuring proper compliance.

Desvantagens:

Well, I still had to scan any documents that weren't created or automated through the software and label them. For example, I work at a satellite location; the warehouse I staff for has a basketball court out back for employees to use on their break. I had to create a document that stated employees for my agency had to make sure they were clocked out, that they were responsible for any risk of injury and that the company and staffing agency would not be held liable for any resulting injury that may occur. The rest of the staffing agency didn't need this so I still had to print out 50 copies, have each employee sign one, upload it, file it in the employee file in the software, label it, then give the copy back to the employee. This really is not an issue unless if turnover is high, this could get annoying.

To be able to make reports on a chosen date and not only on the current date. Be able to identify managers more easily.

Human Resources management becomes smooth with BambooHR

Vantagens:

Their customer service is very helpful and quick in responding to and to provide solutions to problems and issues as and when occurred . BambooHR has some great features as well , like I am now easily able to track the activities of my team members and subordinates, I am able to communicate my points across simultaneously to all my team members and have a record of their personal details , major events, major achievements and other details as well. BambooHR has immensely benefited our employees as it is extremely user friendly , a clean and easy setup and an amazing hack to solving issues in Human Resource management .

Desvantagens:

The payroll feature needs to be upgraded and made more flexible . Have faced minor issues in it . I am satisfied otherwise with other features offered by the product .

Good customer support and is a great tool for small or medium businesses. Although it's missing some important features, but it seems the company is slowly implementing updates and improving it.

Reporting is very weak for Hiring/applicant tracking. There are useless reports like "Candidates by Veteran Status and Gender" , while the information i need the most would be like success rate - how many candidates applied and how many of those were hired in the last quarter? OR which roles are receiving the least applications, OR employee retention rates and many more missing reports.

A user-friendly ERP that facilitates the work of HR and staff

Comentários: The absence tracking, vacation requests, user profiles, and today's absence list are all fantastic features. I wish I had a more efficient way to keep track of time than updating it daily.

Vantagens:

It's a breeze to use and geared toward beginners. There is no learning curve for end users; you can begin using it on the first day, and the API documentation is self-explanatory for developers.

Desvantagens:

It has an air of antiquity about it. The site's current facade could use some work to make it more appealing. When utilizing their API, the custom fields presented some challenges. However, I couldn't utilize the findBy api by all of the fields we had, which slowed down several projects.

A perfect centralized hub for HR services

Comentários: The price may be prohibitive. We're on the basic package, and while there are several great extras available, we've decided against using some of them because of the additional costs associated with them.

Vantagens:

BambooHR makes it possible for us to easily complete the onboarding process as well as draft all of our contracts, so we can use it from start to finish. Time off and paid time off features are great, and we especially like that they can be synced with our existing scheduling program.

Desvantagens:

I couldn't have done it without BambooHR's streamlined onboarding and recruitment processes. We don't need file cabinets because all of the staff's paperwork is kept in electronic form. I was able to hire as many as 50 workers in only two weeks by using this platform's streamlined onboarding process.

BambooHR makes it so easy

Comentários: The onboarding was great! I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was and the level of support we received. The support is good, I have no complaints. BambooHR is always improving or adding additional features. The videos are fund and educational. My overall experience has been excellent. I highly recommend using BambooHR

Vantagens:

We moved from a complicated system to Bamboo HR last year. It took me a while to not second guess how easy it was to use. I do payroll in half the time and everything is in one place for quick and easy access. The support is great! They respond quickly. I am so glad we made the move

Desvantagens:

At this point I can't say I have a "least" favorite. It's easy and makes my job less complicated

BambooHR for a research firm

Vantagens:

Simple UI, good customer support, and the pricing were excellent. Ability to support multiple countries and their time off calendars. A simple ATS system was a part of the application, which makes it great for small organizations that do not have to purchase an ATS.

Desvantagens:

I have no complaints; it's a great tool. The performance management module had a restriction of a maximum number of questions, and they were not editable. That was a shortcoming.

User friendly

Vantagens:

Very intuitive and easy to navigate. Nice to have all info in one place.

Desvantagens:

Scheduling functionality. Does not fit business needs to need to use other scheduling software. Would be great if could use Bamboo. We currently use WhenIWork.

Great HR System!

Comentários: Overall, I love BambooHR. I have implemented it in several companies I have worked for over the years. It is such a great system, I tried to bring it in whenever I had the chance!

Vantagens:

BambooHR has everything in one place. Easy to set up and implement and employees can start using it immediately with very little training. Very easy to customize it to suit your company's unique needs. Customer service is second to none!!

Desvantagens:

Having an integrated payroll system would be the cherry on top but for a Canadian company, this option is not available. A huge market untapped!! The ability to choose a "close" date for the Performance Management Reviews would be very helpful as sometimes a longer or shorter window is required.

Too simple for it's own good

Comentários: We currently use BambooHR as an HRIS, and previously used it as an ATS. The employee database software is user friendly, but offers no customization. We inevitably switched our ATS to a different software because of these same concerns.

Vantagens:

It's very user friendly. You don't need to be very tech savvy to use the various features available in BambooHR.

Desvantagens:

There is no customization available. If a feature is not available, there is no customization available to help tailor this program to your companies needs.

BambooHR is delicious!

Comentários: We've been able to create tables to house our faculty credentials for tracking and reporting purposes. The signature documents and workflow has helped us reduce the time to create, email, and record faculty contract from several hours to 15 minutes. The eNPS survey has been a great way to monitor employee engagement every six months. We take the feedback provided in that survey and other communication channels and have made improvements in a number of areas that are important to staff and faculty.

Vantagens:

If I were a Panda (HR Administrator), I'd eat BambooHR every day. It's delicious compared to other common HR software forage I've tried. The modern look and feel of BambooHR is terrific. Our staff love the look and ease of use. As a one person HR team with 250 employees, BambooHR makes payroll, performance management, time tracking, and attendance a breeze. Take a nibble and taste the difference!

Desvantagens:

The two items as an HR admin. that can be time consuming and a frustration are tracking training and benefit administration. It would be amazing if BambooHR would integrate with training platforms for single sign-on and training status updates on the employee profile. We use a third part benefits administration platform for benefits enrollment. They take care of the file feeds to carriers and billing. Any changes on that platform then must be updated in BambooHR for the deductions to roll over to payroll. The extra steps take time and can lead to error.

Bamboo for Childcare Business

Comentários: We have noticed such a huge difference in our management of HR since implementing this system. There are tons of things that we are doing now that we would have never thought possible before using Bamboo.

Vantagens:

Our business truly benefits from being able to track due dates for trainings and documents. Because we are education, there are a ton of clearances, health forms, and professional development that must be completed. Keeping this all up to date has been done in the past on spreadsheets and not available to everyone to see. Now we can access this as admins and be able to verify things are being done when they are needed. We have also really enjoyed the integration of time tracking, to timesheets, to payroll. It has made our managers lives easier and saved a ton of time for them. it has also made everything seemless for me to run payroll and process benefits without thinking about it too much or taking multiple days to get it done.

Desvantagens:

I feel like we would really benefit from a follow up training or someone to talk to. Kind of like implementation where someone would just check in to see if you could be using things better or differently to be more effective. We do reach out to support a ton and they are great!!

Free up your HR Department to do their best work

Comentários: Due to implementing BambooHR, we moved from having 8-10 spreadsheets that required daily maintenance to being able to have one system of record. This has allowed us to onboard employees more seamlessly during the COVID-19 pandemic. We went from PDF time off request forms and a Google Out of the Office calendar that we had to manually maintain to using time off in BambooHR and implementing the iCal feeds so everyone knows who is out of the office at a glance.

Vantagens:

Getting employee buy in and adoption is easy due to how intuitive the end-user experience is with BambooHR, especially with Google Single Sign On. As the administrator, I have the ability to make changes and implement things quickly on the backend without having to make a request and wait for someone else to make the changes for me. Having a streamlined and consistent onboarding and offboarding process ensures that new hires are set up for success and offboarding employees accounts and data are turned off in a timely manner.

Desvantagens:

BambooHR may not have as many robust features as some of the other HRIS out there, but they are always adding new features and making improvements, which is good to see. You may have to add some app integrations in areas like recruiting and benefits administration, if you want all the bells and whistles.

BambooHR Changed our HR Department

Comentários: Implementing was easy and the Bamboo staff are VERY friendly, engaged and efficient. I especially appreciate the chat feature if I'm in a bind. We really have high praise for the software.

Vantagens:

Time off management, staff calendar with holidays, document signing, onboarding, tracking annual evaluations, pay history, org chart, document organizing, shared files with staff, hiring... I like so much about the software!

Desvantagens:

The Trainings feature; it doesn't quite work with how we need to enter data for our non-profit. We still use it but it could be better. I also don't love the Benefits tab. Entering data on the backend for me is always confusing.

I Love BambooHR

The best thing about BambooHR is how user-friendly it is for all of our employees. The interface is so efficient which limits the amount of time we spend training new employees on the software. I also love the level of support we receive from BambooHR when we need it. Their customer service is top-tier!

Desvantagens:

Although we have seen Bamboo grow and adapt in many ways over the years, there are still features that we'd love to see come to life. I appreciate the ability to suggest new product developments, but I sometimes feel limited when it comes to exit interviews and report customization.
