Bonus there is also a lot more features such as automating tasks, automated group building based on rules, automated reporting and so on. We use it daily and the help desk uses it most of the day for their work. This product was also the least expensive for the niche it fills so I was not expecting near as much as I got. > > **Desvantagens**: I wish it had the ability to manage mobile devices but that might be coming. They recently added the ability to view them although its not as nice as the view in Exchange. Support may take a day to get back to you, but the response is well researched and generally won't require any more back and forths. > > I've been using Adaxes for a while - there's a small learning curve, but it's aimed at someone who's an IT Pro rather than an IT Developer. If you want to be able to manage user creation, deletion, changes as well as the flow on effects when these events occur, Adaxes gives you a great framework to use. There's a lot of inbuilt functionality, but if something's missing you can either call external programs or just use PowerShell commands. One other big benefit in this product is an effortless web front-end. I'm not a web dev by any stretch, but using clickable menus to create multiple sites and customise what options are visible lets me pass on the user management aspect to others, knowing they can only do what I let them.
