> **Desvantagens**: The fact that it is supposed to be a digital card and has too many malfunctions when trying to add information. And Now that i do marketing I see how people can post fake reviews to market  their company

> I bought it last year and got discouraged. It wasn't connecting my information and then they sent 2 different cards one was supposed to scan and input info. When I followed instructions it still did not work. Called today and she started acting like she couldn't hear me then hung up the phone. I called back no answer. So these are lies that they are saying good customer service because it's not. As I am leaving the review it has been 10 minutes and still no return phone call. But I guess when you spend 7.99 what can you expect? The phone number is based out of El Sobrante, CA which is only a 20-minute drive for me so it shouldn't be a situation in communication. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone who has a good business. And is just trying to use digital cards to deviate from paper. if you could leave no stars I would. Its garbage

> **Vantagens**: Able to easily create, manage, and monitor multiple users using the Teams dashboard. You're able to compare how everyone is doing on usage, when connections were made, and the total leads generated.

> **Desvantagens**: The dashboard can glitch every once in a while. It is not frequent, but after many edits and saving over and over, the page may require a refresh to work properly again. It's not a big deal, but can be an improved experience.

> Love not having to carry around or losing business cards. We were able to use the digital card to promote our various companies and services with links to all of our websites.

It works best for our sales field team with all the features it offers. Card utilization and customization is very easy. I love the overall look and layout of the card. It is very user friendly and easy to share information.

> Customer service and onboarding has been great and very easy. It's very easy to use the card, share information, and customize the look. You can add as much information or as little as you like including videos and pictures.
