> **Vantagens**: Easy to manage. Nice interface. Work well with different equity options - we use phantom equity which not a lot of other platforms have a specific feature for but Capboard does. Decent features including custom document templates + signing.

> **Desvantagens**: Price increase 4x at the end of last year. It was a more cost effective option which is why we chose it but now it's right up there with the top competitors so I feel like we could have just gone with a more well known product.
