It’s essential for gathering information about local businesses and identifying those interested in our services. We have a business owner survey, which goes out once a week as part of your newsletter campaign. Local businesses are asked to fill it out so we can learn more about their business. In the survey, after they have a chance to share information about their products and services we directly ask them if they are interested to a business listing. We also ask them if they are open to other marketing solutions. Based on their responses, we route them into the appropriate follow-up sequences. Formaloo has also been instrumental in collecting valuable feedback on our newsletter, helping us keep subscribers active and engaged. We know Formaloo can do even more, and we’ll continue expanding our use over time. It initially required some adjustments compared to other form vendors in the industry. It took a day to learn their workflow, and it's easy once you get the hang of it. They definitely have the security locked in. They have options where your forms can be encrypted, HIPAA, etc. I would say Formaloo is definitely worth the money compared to others. The user interface is coming along great, and you can tell that they truly listen to their clients. If you have bugs or issues, you can simply submit a support request, and they respond in a timely fashion. Which was a breath of fresh air, if you know what I mean. > > **Desvantagens**: At times, some of the bugs when creating your forms can be a little overwhelming. Especially when you're in a groove and the design process is going well, a bug jumps up and gets in the way, lol.
