Worth the price

Comentários: Overall I think it's worth the knee time purchase price, which is very reasonable compared to other apps which require a monthly subscription which isn't sustainable for many starting out artists.

Vantagens:

I likes all of the features it has and the customisability of them. The different brushes allow you to create alot of textures as well as the ability to create your own brushes.

Desvantagens:

The navigation of everything can be a bit overwhelming and confusing at the start but then you get used to the layout of everything it becomes easier.

Best Tool For Digital Artists

Comentários: I have had an extremely positive experience with Procreate, it has taken me from a beginner to an experienced artist and has been a pleasure to use.

Vantagens:

It is a great Programme for casual and beginner artists, very well-designed GUI which can be difficult to navigate for the first few hours. Still, you quickly get the hang of it as it is straightforward when compared to other similar programs. Also, it is cheap compared to similar programs like photoshop.

Desvantagens:

It lacks a few core tools which you would expect to be present. For example, there is not a paint bucket tool which for a digital art program is quite surprising. Other than that I have little else to critique

Great for amateurs. Bad for Pros.

Comentários: I downloaded it because of the hype around it. I needed to check if it is that great and I kept my mind open.
Unfortunately it was uncapable to turn me into their regular user and make me leave my favorite drawing app.
I still use it occasionally hoping that it will impress me.

Vantagens:

It is wonderful how easy it is to start drawing with Procreate. One does need any tutorial or Help menu. It is that intuitive that even kids can start using it right away. It is affordable and the people making it are not resting - they keep trying to make it better and richer. The interface is a masterpiece!

Desvantagens:

As someone who makes her living from drawing, I find Procreate poor in functionality. The brushes engine is really not the best and many of the functions that I use and need the most are hard to access, others don't even exist.

Procreate is great for beginners

Comentários: So far I’ve loved my experience with procreate. No issues with losing my work although you should always back up your work regardless. I will continue to use procreate in the future, even when I decide to move onto industry standard software.

Vantagens:

I love the simple interface. Maybe this was just my experience but I didn’t need in-depth tutorials on how the app functioned. Coming from someone who had literally 0 experience in using digital art applications.

Desvantagens:

Due to the simple interface, it packs a few functions found in many other digital art programs. This can be hard when moving onto industry standard software and having no clue because procreate never had them.

Best program for artists

Comentários: I started using this program in 2018, and quickly discovered that it was a game changer in my designing process. My designs became so much more fun, and my creativity exploded with all of the features!

Vantagens:

The ability to create your own brushes, fonts, and endless design concepts with the easy to use features.

Desvantagens:

A big learning curve, as there are limitless options. It is easy to become overwhelmed.

My favourite digital drawing tool

Comentários: It's great tool for quick skechers and full illustrations with an extension brush library, built-in time lapse feature and file management system.

Vantagens:

It's an intuitive and fun to use 2D drawing and illustration tool.

Desvantagens:

The 3D features are not useful in an actual workflow. Also lacks certain features for manga and comic drawing.

All-Round Champion for art

Comentários: Overall,, this is the best art platform ever made, for artists, game developers, pixel art artists, graphic designers, even animators, this is an all in one solution, my go-to for all things design

Vantagens:

It's hard not to make this review a massive one; from tools to functionalities, everything about ProCreate works like a charm. Custom pencils, importing and exporting assets—for me, industry-leading products that even made me completely discard Adobe Suite tools

Desvantagens:

The only caveat for me is that the software is pretty much stuck in the Apple ecosystem, which makes it hard at times to share and integrate with other devices.

Procreate is a must have digital art software!

Comentários: My overall experience was rough at first as I transitioned from another product, but after a little bit of regular use I found it easily became my go to tool for digital art and graphic design

Vantagens:

I like the ease of use and short-cuts procreate gives me when creating digital art and graphic design. I also like that the app is able to be shared in my apple family making it so I didn't have to purchase it twice for my child to use it on her iPad.

Desvantagens:

The only downside to procreate was that it is an Apple only product. It took me about two years of debating whether or not to purchase an iPad and I ONLY purchased an iPad for the use of procreate.

My winner illustration Tool

Comentários: I have made a lot of work easier, and faster, and actually became an illustrator thanks to procreate. I was no longer afraid of drawing digitally.

Vantagens:

It is so simple to use, that when I used it for the first time, it was as if I have known it from always.

Desvantagens:

The only one thing I don´t like is that the undo history is not available after closing the art you are working on.

Procreate Review

Vantagens:

I love how smooth and intuitive Procreate is for drawing. The variety of brushes and tools makes it so easy to bring ideas to life. Plus, being able to work directly on the iPad feels incredibly natural, almost like drawing on paper

Desvantagens:

it’s only available on iPads, which limits access for some users

Procreate changed the game!

Comentários: It is excellent! I love procreate. It is my daily practice tool.

Vantagens:

Procreate is super easy and intuitive to use. And the price is very affordable compare with other drawing/imaging editing software.

Desvantagens:

It is hard for me to make sure I closed a geometry when pour a whole region with color. I hope there will be some tools help figure that out.

Room for growth but so far so good!

Vantagens:

Convenient, easy to learn, accessible and affordable. The brushes look and feel much nicer than photoshop, though not without some cons.

Desvantagens:

Brush textures tend to look very pixelly and washed out after compressing the image into a jpeg. I don’t like that there’s no adjustment layers capability like with Photoshop — I end up having to adjust colours and levels directly on the painted layers, which makes for a lot less flexibility.

One of the best creative apps ive ever used in my entire career

Comentários: My experience with Procreate has been amazing and it's truly changed my career for the better.

The procreate app is extremely user-friendly, very easy to learn, and most importantly intuitive to the way artists actually work

Desvantagens:

I wish there was a better way to organize files and fonts, but neither of those things has deterred my workflow in any way

Procreate, for Beginners or Experts

Comentários: Overall, I've had a great experience; procreate has helped me get my art out there and even make some money. I don't think I would have gotten so into art without Procreate.

Vantagens:

When I first started drawing, procreate had all the tools, explanations, and features for me to learn and explore my visions. This is great for beginners but also an excellent tool for personal art, drawings, or technical drawing experts. In addition, I always recommend this to others as it's only ONE payment. Most other drawing apps require monthly subscriptions. Thus, my favorite thing about this software is the low price for the fantastic features. It's worth it.

Desvantagens:

Procreate can be a bit difficult at first, and even though I've almost had the software for a year, I continue to uncover new and easier ways to illustrate things. Sometimes, you just have to google how to do something, and that's the best option.

The premiere illustration software of the 21st Century.

Comentários: I have used Procreate to design several logos and Podcast Cover Art which has earned me income in the field of digital illustration. The ease with which complicated projects can be completed is invaluable and has saved me both time and effort.

Vantagens:

Procreate works seamlessly with an Apple Pencil and an iPad to help any user effect stunning illustrations with a seemingly endless array of digital tools and tricks at your disposal.

Desvantagens:

The learning curve is steep, and to master all the functions and tools I had to complete several tutorials online. Procreate does, however, offer its own unique tutorials for new users, and they are fun to complete.

Amazing that such a great program could cost so little.

Comentários: I use this program daily for both work and personal use. For work I can make quick and beautiful landscape plans, for personal I can just doodle. It has all of the features I need for a drawing program, but it also offers an amazing array of import options. You can easily create your own brushes, so repeating tree shapes for example is quick and easy.

Vantagens:

First is that this program has become a major design program, so extra features, brushes, and tutorials are everywhere. Second is the amazing price. Third is just how easy it is to use once you know where everything is.

Desvantagens:

Nothing, we have had no issues with this program

Procreate, the expression tool

Comentários: I really like procreate. I found what once was tedious fun, I have loved how intuitive it is, the colour pallets and the capacity to import my old pallets and brushes. It is extremely useful when it comes to easy details and creating illustrations for presentations. Every day I learn more about it and find applications for all the tools. Now I enjoy working with all my images and creating schemes to communicate my ideas

Vantagens:

I enjoy the creative process, it adapts to my hand pressure easily which can be translated into a great drawing process. While editing the work photos I have never had problems manipulating the planes, it is easy to add more information and make focus on what is relevant. While creating a presentation I love how easy is to adjust my image to certain frames. I have a lot of freedom and can play with all the tools. It is easy to import brushes from photoshop and move all my creation processes easily to my tablet

Desvantagens:

It says is for everyone but it is necessary to learn the basics when it comes to design and drawing in order to understand the full potential of procreating. Once you get used to it, you'll love it

Provides the most satisfying experience overall

Comentários: very satisfying. Most drawing apps seem like complex mathematical equations after using this app.

Vantagens:

Ease of use, simple and easy to remember hand gesture shortcuts makes it memorable, it also allows you to personalize your setup by allowing you to buy brushes and tools and modify them if you want.

Desvantagens:

Updates do not work with earlier versions of Ipad Pro, which is a shame because tablet works as fine as the first day.

Comentários: I’m able to do all our lettering, create custom art for our emails and newsletter, as well as instantly edit any image. Love it!

Vantagens:

I love how intuitive it is, how fast and easy the learning curve is, how many brush options are available, as well as tutorials on the web

Desvantagens:

The only thing I don’t like is the lack of an Undo option after you switch pages or projects. And it would be great to have some in-app textures already available. But no complaints.

Best for graphic designers

Vantagens:

I like that it is very easy to use overall. Using it on my iPad.

Desvantagens:

I love it and dont have anything negative to say about it.
